Compliance Officer (Tokyo, Japan)

We are seeking a Compliance Officer based in Tokyo with strong regulatory experience in fund transfer operations.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with  FSA Type 1 Fund Transfer Operator licensing  and  Zengin clearing participant applications , and will help strengthen our compliance framework and local operations.

Bank connections are a plus.

Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain compliance policies and procedures.

Manage FSA Type 1 license applications and Zengin clearing participant filings.

Monitor compliance and report to senior management.
