Summary: Compliance Specialists ensure the organization’s compliance with various legal requirements by learning and understanding the requirements, communicating them to the company and specific stakeholders, implementing processes to ensure that the company is following the regulations, and checking to ensure compliance.

Responsibilities

• Maintain awareness of applicable regulations and assist in monitoring changes that impact the organization.
• Support research efforts by reviewing regulatory publications, online resources, training materials, and guidance from external advisors.
• Assist in preparing and distributing compliance communications, training materials, and documentation to employees.
• Support stakeholders in implementing established compliance policies and processes.
