Compliance Subject Matter Expert

**Join our Team**:**About this opportunity**:At Ericsson, we're seeking a reliable and forward-thinking Compliance Subject Matter Expert responsible to ensure that employees are aware of and operate according to laws, regulations, and internal policies, including Ericsson's Code of Business Ethics within the Compliance Officer's assigned Market Area or Customer Unit.This role helps to manage all elements of Ericsson's Ethics and Compliance Program within their area of responsibility.
**What you will do**:**_Conflict of Interest Management_**- Guide CU employees on conflict-of-interest categories and disclosure processes.
- Act as an ambassador to increase awareness across teams.
- Review, assess, and document potential internal conflicts in Ericsson's tools.
- Support PBPs (People Business Partners) and Line Managers in identifying and implementing remediation actions or suggesting appropriate measures.
