Conference Services & Event Sales Manager

As Conference Services & Event Sales Manager, you will design, promote and deliver memorable events, both onsite and off‑site, while building and maintaining client relationships and coordinating with multiple departments. Reporting to the Director, Event Sales & Services.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver professional, friendly and engaging service.
• Confirm all event-related information with clients.
• Establish and maintain rapport with clients before, during, and after conferences to encourage repeat business.
• Manage booking lifecycle from date of booking to departure, including room, food & beverage, and audiovisual requirements.
• Active prospecting of new local events and maintenance of existing client relationships.
