Construction Project Engineer (12-Months Temporary)

Job Summary

Responsible for ensuring the proper execution of an industrial project from design review, construction management, and post‑construction support (infant care), ensuring compliance with schedule, cost, quality, and safety.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and construction of new offices in SLP
• Support in construction project activities in SLP
• Support internal Cummins administrative processes (purchase orders, HSE risk analysis)
• Prepare executive progress reports for leadership staff
• Manage the design and construction of equipment such as furniture, multimedia systems, and IT equipment
• Manage contractors’ performance on‑site
• Track main KPIs: schedule compliance, Schedule Performance Index (SPI), Cost Performance Index (CPI), control of unplanned changes, safety incident rate, post‑construction pending items closure, and non‑conformities
