Construction Project Manager

Role Overview

The Project Manager is responsible for planning, executing and successfully delivering projects on time, within scope, and on budget, while maintaining the highest quality standards. This role involves coordinating internal teams and external contractors to ensure seamless project delivery aligned with company specifications and client expectations.

The Project Manager will oversee rental apartment suite turnovers on a monthly basis within an assigned portfolio of properties across a defined territory.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage multiple projects simultaneously from initiation through to completion.
• Oversee daily project operations and administration, proactively identifying and escalating issues as required.
• Coordinate with clients, contractors, tradespeople, and internal teams to ensure projects meet quality standards, timelines, and budget requirements.
