Construction Project Manager

Location: St-Laurent, Montreal Head Office

Key Responsibilities

1. Construction & Project Management

• Manage new store construction and renovation projects from A to Z
• Develop and manage project timelines, budgets, and opening schedules
• Coordinate architects, engineers, contractors, and consultants
• Review architectural and engineering plans to ensure compliance with brand standards
• Conduct site visits and track progress to meet deadlines
• Identify risks and resolve issues proactively

2. Permits & Regulatory Management

• Manage full municipal permitting process (city permits, occupancy, fire department, etc.)
• Prepare and submit permit documentation
• Follow up with municipalities to ensure timely approvals
