Construction Project Senior Accountant

Manage full cycle accounting for significant property projects as a Senior Accountant focused on cost management and construction budgeting. This position coordinates closely with lenders and project stakeholders.
This role emphasizes accurate job cost accounting throughout the project lifecycle. Duties include managing budgets, submitting pay applications to lenders, and finalizing month-end and year-end accounting activities. You'll prepare detailed financial statements and collaborate with project managers on budgeting and forecasts while ensuring tax compliance and regulatory obligations are met.
