As part of the safety team, you will be responsible for safety inspections, incident investigations, and compliance management across high-rise projects. Your role is key to ensuring that safety training and documentation meet industry standards and regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct regular safety inspections and hazard assessments
• Identify and mitigate installation risks
• Document and lead incident investigations
• Develop site-specific safety documentation
• Collaborate with teams to implement safety training
Requirements:
• Post-secondary degree in Occupational Health & Safety
• 5 years' experience in Health & Safety
• Solid knowledge of safety legislation
• Proven leadership and communication skills
