KEY TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Health & Safety Management
Implement, maintain, and continually improve the corporate Health & Safety Management System.Develop site-specific safety plans, orientations, safe work practices, and procedures.Administer the Injury Management Programme for injured workers with medical restrictions.Conduct and review accident/incident investigations.Perform site inspections and audits; document findings and follow-up.Develop and distribute Weekly Safety Meeting Topics, Near Miss Reviews, and Red Alerts.Deliver new worker and site-specific orientations; administer the New Hire Programme.Organise and facilitate safety training (VINCI Safety Week, annual Safety ...
