Consultant Content Development (Teacher Training) Bhumi aims to build a sustainable, government-integrated school development model for Tamil Nadu government schools with the long-term goal of transitioning programme ownership entirely to the government system. As a Consultant Content Development (Teacher Training), you will design and develop the TPD (Teacher Professional Development) resource package for teachers and the resource kit for teachers and parents ensuring all content is grounded in Tamil Nadu's government training structures (DIET, BRTE, SCERT, Ennum Ezhuthum), aligned to what government school teachers actually experience, and built for adoption by the government system. This role is critical because Bhumi aims to integrate best practices into the school ecosystem, and this role serves as a foundation to ensure that contextual content is developed and delivered for school leaders and school teachers.
