Result of Service

The ultimate result of the consultancy will be a desk study for the evaluation of the recovery, recycling and reclamation (RRR) projects funded by the Multilateral Fund under the HPMPs. Its findings will assess the use of the infrastructure established in Article 5 countries for recovering, recycling and, where applicable, reclaiming of controlled substances and that infrastructure’s contribution to the reduction in their consumption. The detailed terms of reference (TORs) have been approved by the Executive Committee in UNEP/OzL.Pro/ExCom/95/12, the consultant will deliver as requested in the referred TORs, with due attention to paragraphs 10 to 13, and address the evaluation questions included in Annex II of the referred document.
