Consultant in Cardiology

We have been assigned by one of the UK's more prestigious NHS Trusts to help them recruit a Consultant in Cardiology on either a Substantive or an NHS Fixed Term basis for 12 months to join their successful Cardiology department.

Our client are one of the leading interventional cardiology units in the United Kingdom, with a national & international profile for service, innovation, and research. They serves a regional population of 2.8 million in Yorkshire, and performs over 1000 primary PCI procedures annually, with around 2300 PCI procedures in total. The Trans-catheter valve intervention service, led by a leading consultant, who is internationally renowned. Around 400 TAVI procedures are performed annually. A percutaneous mitral valve leaflet repair service is established and has recently received approval for commissioning.
