Description
Responsibilities
- Responsible for OPPO's consumer insight initiatives in Spanish-speaking regions, including pre-launch product testing, post-launch effectiveness evaluation, marketing effectiveness assessment, and other market research projects.
- Participate in vendor coordination, research solution design, user interviews, data analysis, and other related tasks. Report research findings to key stakeholders and actively drive the implementation of research insights.
- Engage in research related to target user segments, including market segmentation, user personas, customer journey mapping, and other consumer and market research activities.
- Interpret and analyze external research reports and data, identifying and summarizing consumer trends in the smartphone market.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or above. No specific major requirement. Sociology, Psychology, Marketing, or related fields are preferred.
