- Serves as a strategic business partner to Brand Management and R&D, collaborating closely with cross‑functional teams to drive integrated business outcomes.
- Translates consumer, shopper, and marketplace insights into measurable top‑ and bottom‑line impact.
- Champions an agile, analytics‑driven approach to identifying and unlocking growth opportunities; designs learning agendas, leads execution, synthesizes findings, and communicates implications to shape CAG brands’ current and future market position.
- Advise on critical strategic priorities for the Annual Operating Plan and long‑term business strategy, acting as the voice of the consumer and shopper.
