Not Your Mother’s Haircare is seeking a Consumer Market Insights Manager to join its on‑site team in Tampa, FL. As a key strategic partner within the Consumer Market Insights (CMI) team, this individual will play a pivotal role in unlocking growth through a deep, data‑driven understanding of retail performance, consumer behavior and macro beauty trends. The ideal candidate will bring strong analytical acumen and the ability to synthesize diverse data sources into clear, actionable insights that influence both commercial strategy and brand direction.
In this role, you will lead the analysis of syndicated POS data, consumer panel and advanced marketing measurement tools to uncover drivers of category and brand performance.
