Description

This role leads customer-facing content, social media and PR initiatives in Hong Kong to strengthen visibility, engagement and market credibility through clear, relevant and well-executed storytelling.

Job Responsibilities:
Content Direction & Thought Leadership
Define content priorities, themes and angles aligned with business focus areas

Develop thought leadership content across investment, protection and customer experience

Translate complex topics into clear, relevant and differentiated narratives 
Social Media & Community Management
Own and manage Zurich HK’s social platforms (FB, IG, Threads etc)

Plan and execute always-on and campaign content

Monitor performance and manage community engagement 
Content Creation & Delivery
Develop content across formats, eg. social posts, short-form video, articles / long-form pieces etc
