Support the implementation and deployment of Continuous Improvement (CI) initiatives within the operation, contributing to process optimization and the achievement of operational goals.
Promotes a continuous improvement mindset across the plant through execution, follow-up, and support to different areas.
Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and follow up on Continuous Improvement initiatives within assigned areas.
• Identify improvement opportunities and support the development and implementation of solutions.
• Support the deployment of CI tools and methodologies (Lean, Kaizen, problem-solving).
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure project execution and results tracking.
• Assist in the development and monitoring of KPIs related to CI initiatives.
