Continuous Improvement Engineer

Eaton’s AER FED Fluid Electrical Distribution division is currently seeking a Continuous Improvement Engineer. What You’ll Do Is accountable for executing operational excellence and continuous improvement across a diverse manufacturing environment. Using Lean & Six Sigma, project management methodologies, ProLaunch principles to rigorously drive improvements in Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost (Productivity) and Inventory. In this position, the incumbent will be responsible for leading and supervising all Rapid Improvement Events (RIE’s) and Kaizen events throughout the facility and driving all CIT (continuous improvement teams) activity.
