- Introduce standard work systems and balance lines.
- Develop and audit maintenance tools.
- Evaluate and improve workplace organization.
- Manage plant staffing.
- Provide Lean training and resources.
- Map processes and promote Kaizen.
- Enhance flow and layout efficiency.
