Position:
The Manager of Continuous Improvement will engage, coach, problem solve and lead teams to improve front-end processes, manufacturing processes, advance technologies and implement capital equipment to execute customer-focused improvements across global sites. They will design, facilitate, and deploy the use of visual management and hold accountability to properly use daily management (SQDCI) within the teams.
