The Client

Our client, a leading construction firm based in the northern Greater Toronto Area (York Region), is seeking an experienced Contracts Administrator to support preconstruction and early-stage execution of large, complex ICI and infrastructure projects in a fully in-office role.

This is a high-impact role working alongside senior project leaders, estimators, operations executives, and legal counsel on projects often ranging from $30M to $100M+ in value — including public infrastructure, transit, utilities, and major civil works.

The Opportunity

The Contracts Administrator will play a critical role during bid, negotiation, and early execution phases , ensuring contractual clarity, risk identification, compliance, and proper documentation before and immediately after contract award.
