We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Contract Analyst to join our Calgary team. This role ensures contract accuracy, compliance, and efficiency. The position involves validating trade confirmations, managing contract discrepancies, and optimizing contracting processes. The ideal candidate will collaborate with stakeholders to maintain seamless operations and serve as a critical point of communication between internal departments.

Responsibilities

• Draft purchase and sale trading contracts to ensure accuracy and alignment with contractual agreements involving third parties.
• Validate purchase and sale trading confirmations based on deal recaps and other communications.
