Applicants should possess experience in invoicing and be adept in the Consumer-Packaged Goods or automotive industries. You will play a crucial role in integrating financial processes and ensuring invoicing accuracy.
Key Responsibilities:
• Generate invoices and process sales orders using ERP
• Confirm packing slips to ensure invoices are accurate
• Enter invoices into EDI systems correspondingly
• Resolve any discrepancies with pricing or quantities
• Work alongside logistics and shipping teams on invoicing
Requirements:
• Business Diploma or Degree preferred
• Experience in invoicing, Accounts Receivable, or accounting
