• Maintain knowledge of product bids, tender contracts and service agreements.
• Coordinate customer communications and document contract data in the company’s contract management system.
• Review and help implement new contract policies and process optimizations.
• Provide pre‑sale and post‑signature contract support, including due‑diligence requests, modifications, close‑out and inquiries.
