Contracting, Data & Operations Legal Analyst

Job Summary

Equinix’s global legal department, part of the Global Legal Operations and Strategic Services (GLOSS) team, needs an Analyst – Contracting Data & Operations (CLM). This role partners closely with Legal, the Digital & Innovation Office (DIO), Data & Analytics, and external providers to support enterprise Legal Technology systems—most notably Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM)—from design and deployment through adoption and continuous improvement.

The Analyst plays a hands‑on role in maintaining trusted contracting data, supporting Legal Technology initiatives, documenting standard processes, and identifying opportunities for automation, including the use of artificial intelligence. This position requires strong collaboration, analytical thinking, and the ability to balance multiple priorities in a fast‑moving, global environment.
