Key Responsibilities
- Draft, review, propose revisions, and negotiate contracts with customers for the provision of products and/or services, including exceptions to tender documents and requests for quotations.
- Draft, review, propose revisions, and negotiate contracts with suppliers when necessary.
- Promote and ensure compliance with policies, standards, procedures, and contractual obligations, including obtaining all required legal approvals within the organization.
- Generate contract reports as needed and actively participate in all aspects of post‑award contract management, including monitoring active and expiring contracts.
- Manage and administer contract‑related records in the relevant contracts database on a timely basis.
- Identify and propose improvements to existing contract‑management procedures.
