**Description**This position assists in ensuring the efficient management and movement of train and engine crews using the Auto Crew Call system.It assists in coordination of lodging and transportation for crews with hotels, motels, and taxi companies.
**Accountabilities**- Assists in handling all Auto Crew Call exceptions.
- Helps manage the Auto Crew Call system to support the transportation plan.
- Helps make hotel and motel reservations for crews.
- Coordinates with Works with taxi companies to transport crews between the trains and their lodging facility.
- Assists in issuance of bulletins and abolishment notices for train and yard jobs.
- Helps with creation of daily and monthly reports.
- Monitors and regulates crew boards at each location.
- Understands the relevant business metrics and applies effective tactics to sustain a culture of operational effectiveness that produces teams of high performing, engaged and empowered operational leaders.<...
