Controller for Manufacturing Finance Team

Join a growing manufacturing company as a Controller to lead financial operations and molding the finance team. Oversee complete accounting and ensure timely financial reporting.

In this role, you will directly report to the CEO and will impact the company’s financial health. Responsibilities include owning full-cycle accounting, preparing lender reporting, and improving accuracy in cost and inventory calculations. You will also mentor a bookkeeper and work cross-functionally to align financial and operational strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
