Eaton's IS AER ITD division is currently seeking a Controller.
**What you'll do**:
**BASIC FUNCTION**:
The Controller serves as the finance business partner to the plant manager and leadership team, providing timely and accurate financial information and direction to enable sound decisions and drive management action.
The Controller is responsible for planning, organizing, and managing the financial department and the various systems & processes within this discipline, ensuring compliance to corporate financial policies, GAAP, and legal requirements.
The Controller owns the balance sheet and account reconciliation process to maintain the integrity of the general ledger as well as the annual budget and monthly reforecast processes.
