Controller – Non-Profit

Job Description

This is not a maintenance role. The organization behind this posting has grown from $20M to $40M in gross revenue in two years, manages over $400M in charitable assets, and has a clear line of sight to $2B. The infrastructure needs to keep pace and the person hired into this role will be the one building it.

You will own the accounting function across two related entities: a for-profit administrative company and a donor‑advised charitable foundation. That means full-cycle books, a NetSuite migration, a meaningful automation mandate, and a direct line to senior leadership who actually want to hear what you think. The CFO path is real. The business is growing into it.
