Overview

Our a client, a profitable and growing manufacturing company is looking for a Controller with an opportunity to mold the finance team. Reporting into the CEO, this Controller position will have the following responsibilities:

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle accounting (GL, AR, AP, payroll oversight, inventory, fixed assets)
• Lead monthly close process and ensure timely, accurate financial statements
• Maintain audit‑ready documentation and controls
• Prepare lender reporting packages and support covenant calculations
• Strengthen standard costing discipline
• Validate inventory valuation and cycle count processes
• Improve cost of goods accuracy and margin reporting
• Align ERP data with operational reality
• Develop and maintain rolling cash flow forecasts
• Improve AR visibility and collections reporting
• Monitor AP discipline and payment timing
