**ABOUT THIS ROLE**We are looking for a CX Conversation Designer to build and optimize end-to-end customer journeys across AI voice, chat, IVR, and agent-assisted experiences.This is a hands-on role focused on creating seamless, efficient flows that guide customers from entry to resolution, improving containment, reducing friction, and enhancing the overall experience.The role requires someone who can move quickly from concept to implementation inside conversational AI platforms.
