Cook – Black Mesa Kitchen

Incumbent is responsible for food preparation, equipment maintenance, and sanitation in the Food and Beverage Department. Typical Functions - Prepare, cook, and distribute food items. - Maintain proper sanitation of entire kitchen. - Answer guests’ questions and provide information as requested. - Communicate supply needs to Food & Beverage Shift Supervisor. - Must be proficient in reading, speaking, and understanding the English language. - Maintain professional hygiene and appearance. - Attend and satisfactorily complete required training. - Must perform all work functions in accordance with the Casino Safety Policies and Procedures. - Other duties as assigned.
