He/ she will report to the Director and be responsible for preparing and cooking meals according to recipes and established standards.
The ideal candidate should be prepared to follow food, health, and safety procedures.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Preparing ingredients, which may include chopping vegetables, portioning meats, and preparing sauces.
Cooking food using various methods like grilling, frying, baking, or steaming, following recipes and established procedures.
Receiving and processing orders, ensuring that food is prepared and delivered promptly.
Operating kitchen equipment like ovens, grills, and fryers, ensuring they are used safely and efficiently.
