Responsible for all activities related to Manufacturing Engineering of assigned product(s). Responsible of the coordination of the project start‑ups between Plant, Development, Sales and Customer. Responsible of coordinating and implementing change management for existing products.
Responsibilities
Coordination of new product / lines launches in collaboration with all cross‑functional areas involved (Sales, Program Management, Development, Lead Plant, Business Unit, Manufacturing, Quality, Logistics, etc.)
Coordination of new product / line launches applying Project Management / APQP methods, including regular project summary for management reviews.
Coordination of activities related to capacity planning and lines flexibility based on latest official volumes prognosis (PVA).
Coordination of new products / lines launches in fulfillment with MAE Approval Request process (Investment calculation, Investment overview, capacity analysis, and BPS requirements).
