Coordinator, Parking Infrastructure and Asset Management (2-year Contract)

ABOUT THE ROLE   Under the direct supervision of a licensed Professional Engineer, the Coordinator, Parking Infrastructure and Asset Management will assist in the design, co-ordination, and project management of various capital projects.

RESPONSIBILITIES Assist with the coordination, design, and management of annual capital projects, including concrete restoration and renovations involving mechanical, electrical, and interior fit‑out components.

Prepare design drawings, specifications, and technical documents, support the tendering process and act as the organization’s representative during construction.

Support the design and rehabilitation of surface parking lots, including stormwater management, asphalt pavement design, civil utilities, site servicing, grading, and layout planning.

Assist with on‑site construction supervision and verification of work.
