What is the Opportunity?

The Talent Acquisition Coordinator is responsible for providing client-focused support with a strong emphasis on full-cycle recruitment, talent sourcing strategies for talent attraction, and applicant tracking system utilization.

What You’ll Do Here

• Accountable for full cycle recruitment process within the Civil operating sector
• Support creation and maintenance of Job Descriptions as required
• Post job requisitions internally and externally, and source candidates through the appropriate media – professional organizations, career fairs/educational institutions, and other websites/social media forums
• Screen resumes and conduct pre-screening calls
• Coordinate interview logistics and participate in interviews with hiring managers
• Conduct background and/or reference checks as required
• Work with HR colleagues to create employment offers
