Purpose of Role
As a member of the regional Talent Advisory – Business Services team, the Coordinator provides analytical, technical & administrative support to the team.
Key Responsibilities
- Absence Management: Update absence data in Workday; send communications to employees and managers explaining relevant policies and confirming entitlement; send and receive any required forms from employees; create required letters or documents for certain leave types; file documentation on employee files; liaise with payroll and benefits where required; track vacation to reduce carry‑over & pay out; maintain accrual and time‑off adjustment in Workday.
- Payroll Administration, Adjustments and Compliance: Submit pay adjustment forms in accordance with payroll deadlines to ensure departures, new hires, leaves, gradual returns, unpaid time off, and bonus payments are accurately captured and reflected in a timely manner; track expired SIN/VISA...
