Corporate Attorney / Transactional Lawyer | Remote

Support the development of advanced legal reasoning models by contributing transactional and corporate law expertise across deals, governance, contracts, and securities matters.

Core Responsibilities

• Design realistic transactional scenarios (e.g., M&A due diligence, SPA/APA drafting, securities filings, governance workflows, disclosure schedules)
• Produce high-quality reference responses at attorney-level standard
• Evaluate model-generated outputs using structured rubrics
• Deliver detailed written feedback to improve model performance
• Participate in onboarding sessions and calibration exercises

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Strong experience in transactional or corporate law within a law firm or in-house legal environment
• Licensed legal practitioner with a J.D., LL.B., or LL.M. from an accredited institution
