Elevate employee engagement with Fidelity Canada as a Team Manager for Corporate Communications, managing key initiatives and strategies. Lead important programs while utilizing a hybrid working model in Toronto.
Reporting directly to the Corporate Communications manager, this role focuses on internal communications and driving programs like The Week Ahead. Manage Fidelity Canada’s intranet, volunteer initiatives, and employee feedback to ensure effective communication across the organization. You will effectively lead a dedicated team to implement and optimize various key projects.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead daily operations of Fidelity Canada's intranet, inSite
• Organize and enhance The Week Ahead weekly meetings
• Drive community engagement through the Volunteerism program
• Manage the Voice of the Employee implementation
• Assist in executing Corporate Affairs project initiatives
