Corporate Finance Manager - US Accounts

1.     Global Accounting, Compliance & Controls  

• Oversee all U.S. financial operations including payroll, accounts payable, accounts receivable, banking, and monthly/annual closes.
• Strengthen billing and accounts receivable processes, including improving invoicing discipline, monitoring aging, and driving structured collection efforts to improve cash flows and reduce DSO.
• Ensure adherence to U.S. IRS regulations, federal and state tax requirements, and overall GAAP compliance.
• Oversee statutory and regulatory compliance for India and Philippines entities, including statutory audits, ROC filings, tax filings, and local regulatory submissions.
• Implement and strengthen internal financial controls, policies, and SOPs across all three geographies.
• Coordinate and manage annual audits with internal and external auditors.
