Corporate Law Clerk (Contract until February 2027)

We’re looking for a Corporate Law Clerk to join our team to enhance our service delivery model for corporate clients on their corporate transactions. This role will work alongside leading legal professionals at the firm.

This role can operate as a fully remote opportunity, or hybrid working out of our Ottawa or Toronto offices.
