Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare and file documents with Corporations Canada
• Manage electronic minute books and corporate records
• Assist with transactional closings and due diligence searches
• Draft legal documents and client correspondence
• Support ongoing client files and corporate maintenance
Requirements:
