Looking to grow your career in corporate tax law? We are hiring on behalf of our client, a well-established mid-sized downtown firm, and are seeking an experienced Legal Assistant to support a busy Corporate Tax practice. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of two to four years of experience in a corporate, tax, or business law environment and will be responsible for managing files, preparing and organizing complex documentation, and providing high-level administrative support to lawyers handling sophisticated tax and corporate matters in a fast-paced practice.

Job Function

• Assist lawyers with corporate tax matters, including preparing and reviewing corporate filings, tax documentation, and supporting schedules
• Draft, format, and proofread legal correspondence, agreements, and transactional documents
