Cost Consultant (Elora)

We are seeking a Cost Consultant to support the delivery of cost management, contract administration, and lender advisory services for food‑sector manufacturing and processing facilities across Ontario.

The Cost Consultant will work as part of a multidisciplinary team, providing independent, technically sound advice to owners, lenders, and project stakeholders. Projects typically include recent‑build and retrofit factories involving civil, structural, mechanical, and electrical (CSME) works, with a strong focus on process‑driven MEP systems, utilities, and compliance‑critical environments.
