MAJOR FUNCTION
: The Counseling Center Manager reports to the Dean of Student Services and will provide management and leadership of the Counseling Center. The Counseling Center Manager assists in overseeing professional standards and clinical practice of the Counseling Center while still providing direct counseling to College students. This position also contributes to the overall success of the department by performing all essential duties and responsibilities as assigned.The Manager manages the operation and function of the TCC Counseling Center. Manages, supervises and evaluates Professional Counselor/s, OPS staff, and interns providing services at the Counseling Center.
