Overview
Course Lecturer (EPIB 601-002) Fall 2026 – Fundamentals of Epidemiology (4 credits).
Fundamentals of Epidemiology: this course aims to provide a comprehensive introduction to epidemiologic concepts and corresponding terms. After an introduction to the history, definition, and purposes of epidemiology, core concepts that are relevant in several areas of investigation (e.g., etiologic research, health care research, and community medicine practice) will be presented.

Schedule: Tuesday/Thursday, 8:35am to 10:25am

Responsibilities
- Deliver instruction for the course Fundamentals of Epidemiology (EPIB 601-002) in Fall 2026.
- Convey the course objectives and core epidemiologic concepts as described above.
- Engage students and assess learning outcomes in alignment with course policies.
