This individual will oversee a talented team of creatives while shaping the strategic and creative direction for a diverse portfolio of high-profile brands.
Responsibilities
- Inspire and direct the creation of impactful, original, and competitive creative campaigns.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of designers, copywriters, and art directors.
- Partner with Account and Strategy teams to drive business growth and elevate creative output.
- Oversee client presentations and communications, ensuring all work is compelling, clear, and persuasive.
- Collaborate across marketing divisions to support cross-channel initiatives and integrated campaigns.
- Contribute to RFPs, proposals, and new business pitches.
