Credit Global Lead (Xico)

Innovate high‑purity, high‑performance chemicals and materials. As a Global Director of Credit at Solstice Advanced Materials, you will develop, implement, and manage comprehensive trade credit policies, strategies, and risk mitigation approaches for Solstice’s general commercial operations. You will report to Treasury and work out of our Mexico City location on a hybrid work schedule.

• Manage and develop a global team that evaluates credit risk, sets risk class and credit limits on customer accounts.
• Design and implement an enterprise‑wide trade credit risk management framework.
• Develop credit assessment models for global customer portfolios and implement advanced credit scoring and monitoring systems.
